Most of the time, SafetyNow works perfectly fine. However, every once in a while, something happens and you need help. Here are the most common issues that our learners have encountered:
Forgot Password

Can't find certificate
You get a certificate after completing a course. If you didn't print it or need to save it again, see this article.
Don't know where to log in
Each company that works with us has a unique URL. If you don't know what yours is, you can find your original Welcome email in your inbox, which will have a link. Alternatively, speak to your Admin or Supervisor, and they'll be able to help you out.
Course is not playing
There are two major reasons a course might crash or not play at all: firewalls, and Flash.
Sometimes, your IT group will set up a firewall that blocks access to some of our content. If that's happening, take a screenshot and copy the URL of the course, and send it to IT. They'll be able to unblock us.
99% of our courses are HTML5 based, which means you don't need Flash. However, once in a while you might run into a Flash-based course. If you get error messages about Flash Player, then you may need to enable or install flash. Depending on your browser, that can look different.
