Resetting and changing password

Everyone forgets their passwords - it's easy to do when you have about 50 different people asking you to create new, fresh passwords! Luckily, it's extremely easy to reset your password.

First, you'll need to know the URL for your company. If you don't know the URL that you need to go to, please contact your supervisor or administrator or see this article. 

Once you're at the login page, simply click "Forgot your password?" as highlighted in the below picture:

You'll be asked to type in your username, which more than likely is your email address. Once you've typed it in, click Reset Password, and you should receive an email within 5 minutes.

Once you've got the email, just click the link contained in it to set a new password.]

Note: If you don't have your own email address listed on your account, then you will need to talk to your supervisor about resetting your password.

If you already know your password, but want to change it, you can do that without having to reset it first. 

First, get logged in to your account. Next, click on your initials or photo in the circle in the upper right, which I've highlighted below:

Finally, click on the Change Password option that will appear after clicking (also pictured) to set a new password!
