Chances are, your administrator/supervisor has assigned you a course or two in SafetyNow. Taking these is quite simple, but first you'll need to be logged in. If you don't know what your company's Login URL is, you can find your original Welcome email in your inbox, which will have a link. Alternatively, see this article entitled What is my URL? or speak to your Admin or Supervisor, and they'll be able to help you out.

Once you're logged in, you'll be brought straight to the My Learning section. It should look something like this:
The most important part is the first listed course, which is outlined in red above. That is the highest priority course for you to take, as it is most close to being due or, in my case, most overdue.
To take the course, simply click on the large name of the course. This will take you to a new screen which can look different depending on your setup, but will generally look like this:
Most of the time, you'll need to click on the Launch Course button to allow the popup. If you have already allowed popups before, however, you may not even see that screen.
In either case, the course will open up in a new window. Each course will be different, but generally consist of videos, activities, and quizzes before a final exam.
At any time, you can close the course window to save your progress. When you open up the course again, it will bring you back to the last slide that you were on.
Finally, when you are completely done with the course, closing the window will bring you back to My Learning. And that's it! You've successfully completed a course and you can close SafetyNow. Unless you've got more courses to take, that is...
