There are two ways to launch an e-Learning course. The first is via email link. When you're assigned an e-Learning course, you'll get a notification in your email inbox. These notifications contain a link to the course you were assigned. Clicking that link will launch the course directly with no need to log in.
The second method is to log in to your account. You can log in from this page to get to your Dashboard. From there, you can launch the course using the Launch link to the right of the name. See the example below:
As you can see, your status can be either Assigned or In Progress here. Assigned means that you have never launched the course before; In Progress means that you have launched it at least once. If you have launched the course before, then it will resume the next time where you left off.
Once you have launched a course, you'll be given the description of the course. From there, click Enter, and you'll be presented with the course interface. Those can vary from course to course, but generally they'll look about like this:
The course controls are at the bottom. From left to right, you have the replay button, the Closed Caption button, the pause/play button, and then the slide controls.
Each course will have quizzes throughout the course - you must answer these quiz questions to be able to move on. If you miss a quiz question, you'll typically be shuttled back to the information necessary to pass the quiz. You have unlimited attempts at these quizzes, including any final quizzes.
Finally, if you need to take a break, feel free to click the ' Back to Course Summary' button in the upper left. This will save your progress, and you can resume where you left off next time you start the course.
